I began using this service in 2018 for cash deliveries to Havana. Duales was able to assist with delivering cash in less than 3 days from the online transfer date, which is pretty remarkable for service to Cuba. Since then the primary currency has been phased out (CUC), and Duales is now able to assist with deliveries of the national currency (CUP) as well as US Funds card transfers. This service has been enormously helpful to me, especially since Western Union is not operable from Canada or even when I am in the US trying to send funds to Cuba. The added bonus of being able to arrange an actual cash delivery rather than a bank card credit just makes the whole process stress free. I have been able to deliver timely aid to family and friends for the last few years with no issues. Also, I have noticed that the delivery timeline has improved to approximately 2 days from the date of the online transfer. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
