I had a great experience with Duales-com, so I recommended it to a friend and her experience has not been the same, she sent the money to her mother last Friday 26 of July 2020, she received the email from Lemargo the same day at 19:40:28 informing that the transaction was approved and she also checked and the money was deducted from her card. Today July 3rd her mother has not received the money yet and she sent and email and she has been calling but she has not gotten any reply to the email and nobody answered the phone. I am wondering if someone can give her an explanation of what happen
