this time i did make a payment on the internet..most times i cannot.
After calling a few times because of password problems I was told not to call so much they were busy...I did not appreciate that comment.
If the site worked a little easier and i know i forgot my password..i was locked out for security...i understand .
I will not forget being told to quit calling so much....only because no one answers the phone most times you call
