The money never arrived. I will never use this service again. The website don’t specify that the company don’t make transfers between bank accounts, which I was later informed by an agent. My father in Cuba have his CUP bank card associated with his bank account. I don’t really know why is has not received the money. I’m really upset because I was informed that I can not get my money back. Sorry but, I will not recommend this company to anyone.
