I am very pleased with the way that your company gets the funds to my friend in Cuba. You are the difference between her son and her to get food to put on her table. My only regret is that I wish you had a system that would bypass the postal system in Cuba. I for example have sent my friend two batterys for her phone. This is two months ago. I also sent two charging phone wires to her. They have not been sent to her address. I am in the dark if she will ever receive them. They most likely have been stolen in the post office system. I did not insure them because I would only get information from our postal system when the packages were still in Canada. If there was a way you had a store in Cuba that I could buy these items and send them to her, I could buy them from you and she would receive them. I am also at odds with the Cuban government the values their money. This is just a money grab that takes away the value of the money I send her, my money that I would rather see her feed her family.
