Terrible customer service. Went to do online return and it calculated return at about $20 less than I paid less than 2 weeks before. As others have said, waits on the phone for customer service are 1+ hours. Wrote and email 11 days go. Auto reply said that I would hear from them within 3-4 days. That's my money they are tying up, plus the repeat efforts to contact. Way disappointed.
