“Horrible customer service. I ordered 6 pair of underwear and got 3 shirts and a pair of pants. They won’t send a replacement order until I return the wrong order I got!
No sorry, no future discount, nothing!”
“Ordered winter coat for daughter for Christmas. Tracking order was terrible but did receive the coat however was larger than expected so sent back for exchange. Return was fine, shipping easy, but after a couple of weeks, got an email that said 'Sorry, your item is not in stock, we will refund money'. Fine, so I went to their website and there was the coat and color that we wanted so I assume that customer service does not want to do their job? Lost confidence in Duluth, are looking at other companies.”
“I placed an order on December 16th. When I didn't receive a shipping notification I sent an email to customer service. No response. Placed a call to customer service and was told that my order would ship on the 23rd and I would receive it by Jan 2 or 3rd. Not too happy but I had some wiggle room because my family is coming in on the 3rd. As of today I still haven't received a shipping notice. Called again (wait time on both phone calls was over an HOUR). I was told today that my order STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! Now I was told that it will ship on December 30th and I can expect to receive it TEN DAYS after that. Apparently they only ship by pony express. Customer service refused a request to speak to a supervisor and refused to expedite shipping. Absolutely unacceptable. You are in retail. Christmas is your lifeline. If you can't do the job then you need to close your doors. What angers me most of all is that you knew you wouldn't be able to fill my order in a timely manner and outright LIED about it so that I couldn't take my business elsewhere prior to Christmas. Shame on you! I will never order from Duluth again and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.”
“Terrible customer service. Went to do online return and it calculated return at about $20 less than I paid less than 2 weeks before. As others have said, waits on the phone for customer service are 1+ hours. Wrote and email 11 days go. Auto reply said that I would hear from them within 3-4 days. That's my money they are tying up, plus the repeat efforts to contact. Way disappointed.”
“Well I ordered a few things on Dec 8th and still haven’t received a email for shipment. I’ve been on hold for 40mins with an automated voice telling me every once in while that my time has not moved and I get help in 45-48 mins WTH
I ordered from SHEIN at the same time and it’s already on the way I’ll get it before Christmas. Super embarrassing for Duluth trading company. Have more pride in communicating with customers!”
“Lured in by sale of tanks with shelf bras... Received Hanes like quality tank tops, no shelf bra. They want me to pay to mail back. Since I could not trust their service in basic sales, I certainly can't trust their "returns and refunds", so I won't pay more money to lose more money. Their prices are extreme for poor customer service and low value clothing.”
“so started out with a $300 plus order and was supposed to ship within 24 hrs turned into 5 days only part of the order shipped when calling to return items that arrived late and asked about rest of order was told was canceled and never informed poor poor company to order from should spend more money on meeting customers needs and less on ads”
“They have wonderful clothes. Being in SC by the seacoast, my husband and co-workers were getting jock itch and heat bumps. His could barely sit by the time he got home. I found the cooling underwear in the catalog and decided to try them out. Although expensive, this was an excellent decision. While the medical prescriptions cleared him up, he wore these underwear and the way they were made, his comfort level went soaring up. He called to say his employees were asking him why he was able to work the next day while they were dragging. He told them. Some called their wives to go look up the company website.”
