I placed an order on December 16th. When I didn't receive a shipping notification I sent an email to customer service. No response. Placed a call to customer service and was told that my order would ship on the 23rd and I would receive it by Jan 2 or 3rd. Not too happy but I had some wiggle room because my family is coming in on the 3rd. As of today I still haven't received a shipping notice. Called again (wait time on both phone calls was over an HOUR). I was told today that my order STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! Now I was told that it will ship on December 30th and I can expect to receive it TEN DAYS after that. Apparently they only ship by pony express. Customer service refused a request to speak to a supervisor and refused to expedite shipping. Absolutely unacceptable. You are in retail. Christmas is your lifeline. If you can't do the job then you need to close your doors. What angers me most of all is that you knew you wouldn't be able to fill my order in a timely manner and outright LIED about it so that I couldn't take my business elsewhere prior to Christmas. Shame on you! I will never order from Duluth again and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.
