Ordered winter coat for daughter for Christmas. Tracking order was terrible but did receive the coat however was larger than expected so sent back for exchange. Return was fine, shipping easy, but after a couple of weeks, got an email that said 'Sorry, your item is not in stock, we will refund money'. Fine, so I went to their website and there was the coat and color that we wanted so I assume that customer service does not want to do their job? Lost confidence in Duluth, are looking at other companies.
