The location at 13600 New Falls of Neuse rd. Has gotten so impersonal. No one is at the counter when you enter. No one greets you. Then after you wait for someone to assist you they are just so uncaring and act like you are not there. There is a touch screen on the counter to place an order but you don’t know if they have what you’re wanting. There IS a TIP JAR there though. Sad that human interaction has gone bye bye these days. We witnessed a customer enter, wait for minutes to be acknowledged and got tired of waiting and said Forget it out the door she went.
