Every time we have gone to Dunkin they are out of something that we have ordered. Whether that’s a fault of the Dunkin app or the store I don’t know. But the last time we went over two weeks ago, we ordered 4 classic donuts and two of the specialty donuts. They were completely out of donuts at 9:30 in the morning. The lady at the store told me they couldn’t refund me because I ordered in the app, that I would have to go through customer service in the app. So I did, and they offered me 400 point, which doesn’t cover the cost of 6 donuts. I’ve sent numerous emails and every time I get an email back saying to give them 48 hours and they’ll get back to me. I’ve received nothing in 2 weeks. Their customer service is absolute trash.
