When l called about a missing item delivered by door dash. I called the store located at 1101 Reisterstown Road,Pikesville MD. The Manager was very rude and hang up on me . She was very disrespectful and Terrible communication. I tried calling back several times and no one would answer. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a business. They will never get my money again. If l could have rated with no stars that what they would receive. I hope when Corporate or whoever gets this information will investigate that store. I just simply asked if they could refund me for the missing item. She suggested l drive to them to get my missing item. Why should l drive to them when l used door dash!!!!!!!!!!
