I went to the location at 1066 W Grant Rd in Tucson AZ at approximately 5:55 am on 11/13/2024. I placed an order in the Drive Thru. I was buying breakfast for two young children that are very picky about their food and its appearance. I ordered two coffee rolls and two donuts that were vanilla frosted with sprinkles. When ordering I asked that the coffee rolls be packed separate from the donuts - when purchasing a coffee roll for a child, if it has any sprinkles from the donuts on it, it becomes unacceptable. When I drove to the window to pay and pick up my order, the employee has one full bag. What transpired after that that point was me becoming a joke to the manager (who eventually got involved in my order) and the other employees (a total of 4 including the manager) who all stood around the drive thru window smiling and smirking as if they were watching a comedy. I won't describe more but I ended up driving off not purchasing anything and telling the manager and the employees to all go to he_l!!!! I will never return to any Dunkin Donuts. I hope your businesses go bankrupt and all the employees at that location become unemployed. Treat customers like s_it and you lose customers to other businesses. I'm sure your employees and manager with tell my experience differently to protect their jobs and not your business. Too bad for you for hiring bad employees. Don't contact me because I don't want anything further to do with your company.
