I pulled up to the drive thru n the afternoon. Only one car in front of me. No one responded. I waited a good amount of time. When I pulled up to the window and the inside seemed deserted. I waited and eventually a young lady came to the window.
I explained no one came to the microphone to take my order so I came to the window.
said I’m sorry we can’t take orders from the window. You have to drive around and go through again left.
This lack of service is happening at all the Dunkin’ facility.
I will make coffee at home and save money for now.
Let me know when you guys straighten out your employee situation and maybe I’ll start buying Dunkin’ Donuts again.
And by the way, I do have the app in the app does NOT work any better.
