I visited the Dunkin Donuts in Chicago on Garfield Blvd and State Street on my way to a business meeting. Customer service did not exist in a positive way. I ordered a large hazelnut coffee, but was not able to use my points, I ordered a multigrain bagel and when I got to my destination to eat it, it was rock hard, I did not have it toasted only sliced. I was not able to use my points on either because I was not sure of how it worked, and no one would show me how, bad customer service. There were no coffee stirrers, and how can you be a coffee shop, and run out of stirrers, it was only 9 a.m. I recently made the decision to switch to Dunkin instead of Starbucks but I have had bad experiences, but this was the worst, and I decided to write about it.I was really disappointed that I was not able to eat my bagel, or use my points . I don’t really want to go back to Starbucks, but I really enjoy good customer service, and a fresh bagel in the morning.
