The second time in 3 days something went wrong at dunkin' donuts. First time quality issue and they issued me the points in return. So I went and ordered the same thing 2 days later using the points that they gave me. When I got to the restaurant I noticed the points weren't used for the purchase and I had to pay almost $11 for a sandwich and coffee. When I asked the girl there she said your points were not used but when I looked at my points they were all gone. And it said on the slip points used but it also charged me on my credit card. I really don't think there's an excuse for that. I am so upset. What the message have not received it email back yet. Call Dunkin donuts corporate was on hold for a half hour so I had to hang up. I know I don't mean much to them but it's not really fair. At this point I don't know what to do. My wife likes the Frozen coffee so I told her I can't go back until they settle this issue. That's if they do settle it. I had an issue a little while back and I got nothing out of it. I don't understand a big company like that. Should be great with customer service, they just don't seem to care.
