Delivery was due on the 3/12/2020 - that’s what their tracking email/text said. It is now the 5th. After looking at the sea of negative reviews, it seemed the best way to speed up my delivery was to give them a call. Spoke with a computer which took my tracking info to “arrange a delivery”. Seemed the delivery date I was originally given was bogus. I will now have to wait until the 8/12 to see if they stick to the new date.
If you’re having problems, try rearranging the date by giving them a call! I’m hoping it’s a lack of organisation and that the original message I got was incorrect. We shall see...
