DX DELIVERY - THE USED COVID TEST EXPERTS.
As the title suggest, I came home on CHRISTMAS EVE to find a coronavirus test had been posted through my letterbox. This would normally not be a problem until I noticed that the test was used and unsealed. DX decided to deliver this to me instead of some olive oils.
Upon the advise of my doctor, my family were told to self isolate for 10 days, this only ended yesterday. During this time the test we received was sent away for testing, This came back POSITIVE, So for Christmas my family recieved a used, positive covid test from DX.
As anyone would, I contacted DX in order to get this resolved. After several hours of trying to get someone to contact me I finally received a phone call from KELVIN - The Customer Service Manager. Kelvin was extremely rude and unhelpful. With his complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards the situation.
The phone call ended with nothing being sorted out and with me feeling like I was the one in the wrong. Kelvin kept changing his story on where my actual parcel was (I am still yet to have any contact or an update of any description since the 30th of december, when a phone call was promised each day for an update.
An apology and resolution is all that were needed. Two very simple things that Kelvin seems completely incapable of doing. Along with this, there is also somebody that now wont know there test is positive.
I am still waiting for your return call as promised.
Hopefully we can get this resolved today, before I'm forced to take more drastic action.
