DX refuse to confirm where the paecel or or whether or not they have lost it
They refuse to pay out compensation even though the parcel was sent insured
They claim they are investigating and looking into this - this is a scam to avoid paying out for lost parcels as they are still investigating a lost parcel at least a month after it stopped moving on their tracking system
Avoid at all costs they are worse than useless
