Was given a day, time slot and tracking number for delivery of induction hob. Five minutes after time slot, I received a message to say item was delayed and someone would be in touch. I heard nothing and finally got through to customer care who pass you to other numbers who either don't answer or tell you to call the original one. After many telephone attempts to no avail, I tried live chat and was passed from pillar to post, finally being told they never had a parcel for me in the first place! Hard to believe when it had a tracking number - but of course they couldn't explain that. I still have had no contact from them and I am on my fourth day trying to track the item myself. Useless and useless customer service team.
