Where do I start, they said the supplier hadn’t delivered them anything so back and forth until they admitted they had the parcel. Then they said they were going to call on a number ending 162, no call. On the day of delivery they told me it was out for delivery so took an emergency days holiday and it arrived around 6pm. Delivery driver sat in the van on a call, so I opened the gates and pottered round the garden for 10 mins whilst he finished, he then dropped the back of the van but didn’t use the tail lift, and picked up the over large - over weight package of a SHED with no truck, I asked where his truck was and he just stared at me and dropped the parcel in the garden and walked away. Worst case of H&S I’ve ever seen, he lifted this large package from height and was clearly struggling.
I couldn’t even move it to go on a truck that is how heavy it was.
No call or text to say on the way or a timescale. Package was sent on 14th arrived on 17th .
