My daughter is waiting for her international passport sent back to us by DVLA. After contacting the DVLA yesterday, on 29th July, they informed the document was sent to us on the 16th (?!) so we immediately got in touch with the DX delivery company. Can you imagine how surprised I was when I was told the driver attempted to deliver the item on 19th and since then no contact from our side was made - there was no calling card left informing about the attempt at all! Booked the re-delivery for today, 30th July between 8am - 6pm, right now it is 20:00 and no sign of any delivery attempt. Not sure what to do as this company is not accepting any calls, all are being forwarded to the IVR, the chat service is of course not active anymore - this is the worst experience I ever had. HOW CAN YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS?

An hour later, checking the tracking number I see the message:
Unable to Obtain a Signature - Calling Card Left
That is an absolute lie! No one was here, no card was left - I understand now how this terrible DX company works. Already trying to contact their complaints department via email, I pray to Got they haven't lost the shipment.
