DX promised on its tracking system to deliver within a 2 hour slot so waited in for 2.5 hours and as other customers have also found it never arrived. I have contacted DX and complained and asked that a Manager contact me to explain why the service is so appalling and unreliable and requested a precise slot for the redelivery otherwise to send the item back to the seller and explain to them what went wrong. Not too surprising i have had no contact from DX and it is now next day. On the feedback about 25% are dissatisfied, which is an enormous amount of customers. I find DX to be absolutely useless and incompetent. I have wasted 2.5 hours of my valuable time so far plus writing this and waiting around for a delivery that was never going to happen. DX have not and did not contact me to inform me that it would not be delivered or when they were thinking of delivering or what plans they had.
Its tracking system is a total shambles and is unreliable and definitely cannot be believed or relied upon at all. If you use DX you use them at your peril as you can clearly see over 25% are extremely unhappy with their services, which backs up exactly what i have just experienced.
So beware and be warned if you are a seller my advice would be to steer well clear of DX as the risk is to your good name and company due to their disorganised and unreliable service will have a negative effect.
