Unfortunately Furniture Online use this company for their deliveries. If I had know this in advance, I would never of ordered from them. These poor reviews are accurate.
I received an email from DX stating the date that the goods would be delivered. I took a day off work as they could not give an AM or PM time slot and their tracking info is total rubbish. I drove 18 miles to the delivery address and got there at 08:00. At 11:51 I received an email from Furniture Online to say that DX would not be delivering on that day. I have since cancelled the order and am awaiting a full refund.
