Today is the second day we have waited with baited breath for our delivery being sent via DX delivery. We watch excitedly as we see him nearing our town, then he goes away slightly and then returns to our town, even to the next road that runs parallel to ours before disappearing off the face of the map! DX, do your drivers wear glass slippers and their vehicles turn into pumpkins at 18:00hrs? No explanation, no phone call to say sorry we cant get to you today, NOTHING! No one to speak to on the phone or online. DX say they are contracted to our seller so therefore the seller will be getting a phone call tomorrow and I am sure that enough complaints will see the vendors going to another courier company, so think on DX, you are only as good as your last review, and looking on Trustpilot there are many 1 star reviews already. Tomorrow we will look at the online map, and if he gets somewhere near to us I am going out in my car and will meet him to get my parcel so it saves him working after dark and to save DX a bit of overtime pay. Disgraceful customer services, how about you call us instead of leaving the onus on us to send you emails, at least have someone capable of answering a phone call.
