I ordered a 2-day PCR test for my mother from a company called Oncologica who was coming to visit me. This is a test she is supposed to take within 2 days of her arrival to UK. Oncologica told me my package was dispatched on the day she arrived, day zero. I was provided with a tracking number and told my courier was DX. But when I tried to use this number to track my kit on DX website, I couldn't. Because I couldn't track my package I made an enquiry on DX website asking when will I receive my package, but I didn't get a reply. On day 1, I received a text from DX telling me my package will arrive between 2pm-4pm, but I received nothing that day. I tried calling and live chat, but I couldn't reach DX. Today, on day 2, I again received a text from DX telling me my package will arrive between 1pm - 3pm. After, 3pm, I again tried calling and live chat, but couldn't reach anyone from DX again. I received my package around 4pm. I need to mail the PCR test back and the royal mail priority box near me has a last collection hour at 4:15pm. Because DX was late twice, my mom couldn't do the test within 2 days of her arrival since it says on the PCR test to take the test on the day you will post it before the collection time. And the fact that I wasn't able to reach anyone from DX this entire time really stressed me and my mother. This was a horrible experience.
