Worst delivery company I have ever expereinced in my life, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order on Amazon for a pair of golf shoes which should have been delivered on Decmber 31st but didnt arrive so contacted DX who told me it should be with me on 31st December but if not I would definately have it on January 4th. Got called on January 4th to be told it will now be January 5th. Got a voicemail on January 5th to advise it would be January 6th. At that point I went into a live chat to cancel the order as it had been rescheduled 6 times. The advisor I spoke to told me to call Boothen Limited and then ended the chat, no phone number, no email, no reference number, nothing. So went back into another live chat and was told DX do not have any details for boothen limited at all. I found it strange that because DX are useless at delivering my item I would need to the leg work to get the order cancelled and refunded. So i went on to google to locate Boothen limiteds details. Could not find any phone numbers or email addresses so back onto another DX live chat and this time I was told to contact Amazon and also the seller I bought the item off of which I have done. Between the 6 delivey reschedules, abysmal customer service and the difficulties with actually cancelling an order I would avoid DX at all costs. I used to workin a call centre for B&Q and it was DX who done all of the deliveries. The amount of complaints we received about deliveries going wrong was insane. It comes as no surpise to me that my DX delivery has been so poorly handled to the point where you feel DX couldnt care less whether you get your delivery or not.
