Totally incompetent.
They keep trying to deliver to an address 18 miles away. Someone created this address and put it over the correct addressed sticker. Haven’t responded to multiple requests from myself and sender to sort the muddle out. Digital options are too narrow to select a suitable category. I needed to say ‘you have the wrong address’ but couldn’t. Apparently I have requested a redelivery to this wrong address a few times - not made one! The X in DX is supposed to stand for ‘excellence’. I’m still waiting for a glimmer of excellence or even a parcel!
