Disgusting behaviour
I was delivered a parcel from DX while away from my house on the 28th of December.
When I came back the parking post at the front of my drive was smashed.
I looked at the cctv where I clearly saw the DX driver reversing into to and driving off. I got in touch with DX (very difficult to get hold of someone by the way) and a manager called Lawrence explained to me the driver was a subcontractor. He said he spoke with him, that he was taking responsibility and agreed to take care of it but that he was on holiday (it was over new year) that I should have it repaired and that he will take care of it on his return to work.
On the 6th of January someone got in touch asking for my bank details and receipt for the work carried out. I thought the issue was resolved but he then backtracked and said he was going to only pay for the replacement post and not for the labour.
I've been thinking of claiming on my insurance but the excess is more than the work.
So I just wanted to come here and warn people of the kind of people they employ at DX also I'm sure this review will be unnoticed as there average rating is 1.2 star...
