An absolute shower of *swear words*. So far I have wasted 4 days waiting in for an item (taking time off work) only to find that both times- yes B&Q had to send items twice because DX damaged them- only for them to not arrive. Also no contact from DX saying the items will not be delivered due to damage so I've stayed in for no reason. They are supposed to call you to let you know.
Also what kind of delivery slot is 7am to 6pm? Meant I could not physically leave the house for those 4 wasted days. If you're a major company looking for a reliable courier DX ain't them I'm afraid!
