I usually only provide good and very good reviews but I feel this company is really not worth any decent review. The one star is an overinflated rating. DX is providing by far the worse delivery and customer care experience compared to any other competitor, starting from logistics, feeding customer information and feedback during tracking and delivery processes, lack of care in handling parcels, organising collections etc. I am struggling to get a simple parcel delivered, it appears it is the second day attempt ( relying on e-mails and tracking) although there was someone at home. Which normal person can spend days taking days off and checking behind curtains anytime you hear a van passing or stopping?
I don’t understand why the seller is using their “services”, will review them as well and will mention it.
I had bad experiences prior and here they are again.
It is so frustrating no one can respond in real time, cannot just find out when a driver can arrive but mainly why they keep not delivering day after day…or they just do not come and report no one was present… it happened before.
