Hi there ordered my new rug on the 19th of Jan (next day delivery) got to DX delivery on the 23rd of Jan. still says received but not at delivery depot. Contacted them but no really indication that my item is going to be delivered soon. Will keep you update when or if I receive my item.
Update just to let you know after being given the run around and the company telling me that it was a technical issues they have finally said the item was lost 😡. Luckily the company I purchased the product from gave me the refund. My issue is not that my item was lost as I know this happens its more about the help I received from the company. I contacted the company by email online chat a number of times but no one real made me feel they were there to help and would look into the issue with my reply’s being tec issue or contact the seller.
