I having an incredibly frustrating experience with DX Delivery that is compelling me to share my disappointment. Despite paying extra for one-day delivery and making arrangements to be available at the office, my delivery was repeatedly missed for 2 days, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my schedule.
The issue escalated when one of their drivers, consistently refused to deliver my package, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation. Despite assurances from the depot that a redelivery would be arranged, this commitment was not honoured.
This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on DX Delivery as a courier service provider and has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
I urge others to reconsider using DX Delivery for their courier needs, as my experience highlights their unreliability and lack of accountability. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize profit over customer service, and I hope DX Delivery takes immediate action to address these issues and improve its service quality.
