DX Delivery / Express were supposed to deliver my parcel on Thursday. They didn't turn up, yet say they posted a calling card; not true, and make out that we weren't in. [We're a large company with a reception staff full time!]. Rebooked for the following day (05/04/24), again provided with a two hour delivery slot, but no show on the delivery driver. No explanation, again 'calling card left' (not true). You can't call them, you are permanently on hold and their 'live chat' currently has a three hour wait. Without doubt the worst courier company I've dealt with.
