Appalling. How this company is still operating is beyond me. I have had two experiences with them. Both miserable.
First parcel they damaged. They didn't bother telling me that of course so I sat in waiting like a mug. Fortunately the poor seller refunded me and I hope they won't be using DX again.
My heart sank when I saw that another order was due to be delivered by these incompetent clowns. Sure enough, it didn't arrive in the two hour window. Didn't arrive on the stated day. No idea where it is or when/if it will ever turn up.
Nobody gets back to you when you try to contact them. Nobody answers the phone and the tracker is useless.
If DPD, DHL and Evri can usually manage to get a parcel to the right address at the right time what is DX's problem?
In future I will check which courier is used before ordering. If it is this joke of a company I will give it a miss.
