My parcel was due to be delivered and I kept checking on the map to see where the driver was. For over an hour the map didn't update, it was stuck at 12:37 until the window for my delivery had passed. At which point the map never showed and it simply said "We'll Deliver it Today" - they never did. At exactly midnight, the status then changed to "Item Delivered".
I have since spoken to their live chat twice. The first time I waited in the queue and an agent answered the chat, however the agent never wrote a message to me. 10 minutes passed of silence. The second agent was arguably more unhelpful, they told me that they cannot provide proof of delivery due to the contractual arrangements with the sender and I would need to contact the sender to find out where my parcel it (are you kidding me?! you're the delivery company).
The matter is still unresolved, there's a very expensive package somewhere but nobody knows its whereabouts.
