Absolutely diabolical.
Got a email to say the parcel was being delivered on a Tuesday with a ridiculous time frame window of between 0800-1800.
After waiting till 14.50 I received a email telling me the parcel had been delivered.I was only five meters from my front door,nobody had attempted to deliver anything.After waiting for about forty minutes to speak to someone from DX on live chat,I was informed that I had to contact the shop to tell them so they could get in touch with DX to start an investigation.
So even though they’ve had the parcel,failed to deliver it I’ve still got to get in touch with the shop so they can contact them.I feel sorry for the shop because I’m going to have to ring them to sort it out when it’s not their problem.Whatever I purchase in future if it’s been delivered by them I’m going to insist they use another courier or I won’t be spending my money.
About as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
