I took friday morning off work to be home for my delivery before going on holiday this weekend. The email stated that the delivery would arrive between 11am and 1:10pm. I tracked the delivery driver in my area, but by 1:15pm, I had to leave for work and pick up my kids from school. I contacted the chat on their website, and was told it would arrive by 2:30pm. I waited, but the package still did not arrive. I had to have my parents pick up my children from school after 3:30pm. I contacted the chat again, and was told the driver was on the way, but the package still did not arrive. I ended up taking a whole day off work and was informed by the chat that the package would be delivered by 6pm. It got to 10:14pm when I emailed them to complain as I still have not received my package. I expected it to be delivered next day and I got an email saying “ Unfortunately delivery failed yesterday due to an internal problem at the depot which meant the courier was unable to complete all of the scheduled deliveries. Our records indicate that your item will be delivered on the next available date 17 June.” ! So I had to make sure someone was home to receive package again today! Not acceptable explanation !! Also when I just received the package, the box was damaged and you can tell it’s been thrown around! The worse delivery service EVER!
