You are given a two hour delivery window. Tracking says all is good. Right up to the point that it says it has been returned to the depot. We were in all the time. No one came near the house. Had to wait in because of the size of the delivery. It can’t be left anywhere else. The chat bot says it doesn’t recognise the number. Even though it gave it to us. I’m amazed that John Lewis allow their supplier to use them.
