Ordered a ladder for next day delivery by DX, driver arrived at my home without the ladder, he took it off the van at the depot to make way for more parcels then couldn't fit it back on so he left it behind, then forgot and still drove to my home, same thing the next day not enough room on the van after loading all the small items first, sadly not intelligent enough to load large items first, ended up doing a 70 mile round trip to Exeter depot to collect myself, avoid dx if you want your large items delivered.
