I sincerely recommend that Dx should never be used by anyone wishing to receive their goods. With a following wind they might conceivably manage a usefulness that equals that of a chocolate teapot, or maybe even marginally more than a rubber fork, but other than that don’t expect a great deal. What is most offensive though is not Dx failure (we are all human) but that they lie, via their status update page, to cover themselves by passing blame onto the consignee.
Briefly: Waited in on Dx delivery day, nothing. End of day…Dx status page says words to the effect of: delivery abandoned, no one in. CCTV says otherwise and I, by being there all day day otherwise.
No way to contact Dx, no answer, endless waits etc but learned from Dx via sender, as suspected, that the driver simply never made it here but within the update tried to say they did.
Day two…Exactly the same, no delivery not a glimpse of Dx, and, another “customer not in” update.
They must think we customers are daft.
If it were possible, and it may be, one should ask senders to use anyone but Dx.
They are cowboys that John Wayne himself would envy.
Really, do not use them.
