Apparently I've had my item (which I haven't), and the tracker just states "delivered and received" with no other details even a time or proof of delivery. I'm now having to liaise with the company i purchased from for them to get the proof of delivery. I have never ever known a courier company who doesn't provide proof to the recipient. Its odd and questionable. I'm fuming, I had to arrange to work from home so I could get this item. I tried numerous times and ways to contact DX to no avail. There phones are automated, there chat was 95 mins wait and eventually had to send an email enquiry form when I was chasing my delivery and they responded the next day. What kind of customer service is this, absolutely appalling.
