Good afternoon I would like to raise an official complaint for tracking number xxxxx. The item was supposed to be delivered originally on 18th July 2024. On the day, I was at the property all day and while the driver claimed to have attempted delivery there was no ring on the doorbell or a note to say that he has been. After speaking with your colleagues several times, we agreed to reschedule for the following day, noting the urgency with which I need these official documents due to my travels. On the 19th of July, the delivery was scheduled for between 1-3pm. When the slot passed, I contacted your customer service and they advised me that the item is at the depot. So again there hasn't been a delivery attempted at all (this time at least no claims to the contrary). I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with both the driver and the customer service representatives who apart from using generic language couldn't be helpful in any way. I hope your company takes such comments seriously and takes action to address such gross failings. It is fair to say this is absolutely the worst delivery service I have come across in recent past. Not once, but twice in a row.
