Awful company, waited in for a pickup, then received text /email stating they missed us. Two people in the house and the bell works and neither of us are deaf.
Had an awful time communicating with the company as you cannot talk to anyone. Eventually got them to re-schedule the pickup, waited and no pickup, not even an estimate of pick up. Finally got on their chat and was told there was no pickup, even though I had a copy of the pickup schedule for that day from the receiving company and it was DX themselves who had told me it had been rescheduled. So now waited for the 3rd attempt to pickup, waited in, tracked them on their app, I left the front door open, and finally saw a van pull up, when I want to the door I saw the van drive off? No-one knocked at the door, no-one left a card, WTF! I did not hear a van door slam shut and do not believe the driver even got out the van. I wasted best part of two days waiting and trying to communicated with DX and the receiving company. So 10 mins walk round the corner and the parcel is sent on its way with Royal Mail. Never use DX.
