Overnight Delivery paid for by DX by the business that I placed an order with. Not received. Firstly, DX state it was on the wrong van. The following day it was not loaded on a van, but tracking shows that it was out for delivery. - A driver stopped at my house with someone else's exhaust system in his hand, before throwing that back in his van. - (I would be amazed if someone hasn't received a dented?damaged exhaust system!) - He then confirmed that he had nothing for me, but recorded on DX Tracking that he had left a card, despite that we had a conversation? We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. - As he left, the driver did a Formula 1 start, turning round and driving across the lawn of the house opposite to us! I would also give zero starts if it were possible. How do businesses like this keep going?
