Why do companies use these dreadful courier companies? I waited in all day today, apparently delivery due between 3pm and 5pm. Was able to track Driver on map/tracking..although goodness knows why sometimes he showed one street away, next time I looked he had randomly gone miles out of the way!! 5pm arrives..parcel does not arive ..then all tracking ceases to work on the link and in email..Driver has disappeared into the ether!!. No explanation, no apology, no text re another delivery date. I shall be contacting the company I have purchased the items from tomorrow and seek a refund given they care so little about where the goods go once out of their warehouse. Tried calling by telephone and using DX express online chat form..pointless, no response
