Ordered flooring, sent it to the wrong address with the wrong surname even though this info was correct with the flooring supplier.
Now dx are saying it's went missing and they're starting a fraud and theft investigation.
So I'm £400 out of pocket, and had to fork out extra for replacement flooring, and the flooring supplier aren't refunding until dx return the product or the fraud and theft investigation is complete.
Absolutely useless and won't be dealing with either of the 2 companies ever again.
