I am still waiting for a delivery. I have been told 3 times they attempted to deliver but i wasnt in. The first time i thought maybe i was busy and didnt notice them knocking.
But they didnt leave a card so i dont think this was the case. But the following 2 times i waited in, made sure i could not miss the knock. The third time i was doing some work in my hall right next to the front door. No one came, and all i got was an automated text to say "sorry you were not in when we tried to deliver".
I tried calling but the automated system just tells you to go online and book a redelivery. And i sent a complaint via the online form. Which led to me getting an automated email saying "sorry you were not in when we tried to deliver". They are absolutely diabolical. If you are a company using their services please be aware that customers will give up using you as its impossible to get items delivered without driving customers nuts.
