DX left a card, saying there was no answer at the door. I was there the whole time and heard nothing.
Without contacting me they attempted to deliver the next day, even though a signature was required, why????? I was not there.
Ive tried on all the numbers available - only to be answered on every occasion by a robot. I emailed 3 days ago to complain, and try to rearrange a delivery , but no answer.
We are now 11/11 at nearly 11.00 am. Apologies if this is a tasteless remark but I am expecting more silence from DX.
If I could leave a zero I would!!
