They said I had missed delivery on Saturday and they had left a card.
Not true, I was in and waiting for it.
No idea where they attempted to deliver it. Can't get through to speak to anyone on Saturdays. And the bot thing is useless. Decided to go for redelivery today but it's an all day slot. Waited 40 minutes on the phone to speak to someone, just kept saying they couldn't answer my call, keep holding. I did leave messages for them on Saturday explaining how the configuration of the estate I'm on is worked (for today's delivery) No idea if this was passed on to the delivery team. Absolutely terrible communication with this company.
